It’s official! I’m finally teaching Pilates in person in Lisbon!

Starting September 9th, I’ll be teaching a weekly Classical Pilates mat class at @tejashouse every Wednesday at 12:00.

If you’ve been wanting to try Pilates, get back into it, or just want to come move with me, come join us. We’re going to work hard, move, connect to the Pilates work—and have some fun while we’re doing it.
