Day Four of walking across the Apennines to the sea has been quite a tough one. Capanne di Corolla to Due Ponte and a mixture of glorious ridge walking (a bit up and down), some forest paths, and the odd scramble as we begin to lose height. Another challenge today has been being accompanied by biblical swarms of annoying flies! Miles: 14. Gelato: 0. But the beer at the hotel is making up for it!
