There’s something about founder-led companies that has always fascinated me. Big vision, bold ambition, moving fast, disrupting categories and building things that didn’t exist before.

I spent the past week in Dubai with @monakattan and the @kayali team. So much of my career has lived at the intersection of community, creators, culture and storytelling, understanding where consumers are moving, getting there early and helping brands shape what comes next.

Mona is one of those rare founders with the vision, ambition and incredible team around her to make big things happen #inspired. ❤️
