PFA has systems for checking in with providers and monitoring programs. I’ve been trying to understand where the same kind of direct connection exists with the educators working inside them.

This isn’t about PFA handling every workplace dispute or acting as HR. It’s about a pretty basic question: where does workforce oversight actually happen?

Especially for educators working at nonunion sites.

Also, is there a mechanism to ensure the funds ARE going to teacher pay? What to do when a site is NOT paying those teachers according to the wage scale?
