THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STAGE — EP. 01 | Friends of Mongoma

What does an artist liaison actually do?

For @mongoma.ke , my job is to keep the moving parts moving — coordinating the ticketing team, liaising with the venue, managing artist hospitality, and making sure everyone had what they needed for the show to run smoothly.

Because what you see on stage is only one part of the story.

There’s a whole other side of the stage where the work happens — and that’s the side I want to show you.

Welcome to The Other Side of the Stage. 🎥
