Chicken. I used Chicken Thighs 2. @spanglishasadero_official Chipotle Chicken Seasoning 3. Olive oil. I use @getgraza 4. Corn Tortillas • Salsa Ingredients 1. Hatch Chile Peppers! Anaheim peppers will work too! 2. @knorr Chicken Bouillon 3. @spanglishasadero_official Chipotle Chicken Seasoning • Garnish 1. Diced Onion 2. Chopped Cilantro 3. Chopped Red Cabbage 4. 1 can beer! I used @modelousa But water is fine too! —— STEPS —— 1. Drizzle your chicken with olive oil for a binder and season with your Chipotle Chicken Seasoning. 2. On a grill over medium-high heat, throw your chicken on and turn every 2 minutes until your chicken reaches 175-180 3. While your chicken is cooking, throw your chilies on the grill directly over the flame! You want to roast these hot and fast until the skin of the pepper starts to char extra good! 4. Enjoy the smell of them roasted Chilies! 🌶️ 5. Once your chilies are nicely charred, put them into a zip lock back and let them sweat! Salsa recipe Below 👇 —— Salsa —— 1.
