Words cannot adequately express how grateful I am that @brittanyraeefit and @dylandelorenzofit came into my life. Their guidance, encouragement and support over the past year has helped me crush all of my goals so far. Between my busiest season at work in the Fall, several infections and anemia through winter, chronic injury and illness in the Spring/Summer... it's been a wild ride.
I cannot wait to tackle the next phase of my training.
