Little post show update 💕

Have definitely enjoyed some much needed off plan meals, rest and recovery after my shows and currently sitting about 8 lbs above stage weight

Currently going into a bit of an offseason to grow my glutes (currently training glutes 3x per week) and one upper workout a week

Now that I’ve competed on a national stage I now know what it takes to be competitive at this level so my only goal right now is to do everything I can to improve for the next time I’m on stage 💃

Current goals: grow my glutes & work on posing flow & stage presence

So grateful for my first fit model season and can’t wait to get up there again with these improvements

Regional show: overall winner
National show: 4th place

Happy with my placings for my first time in fit model but know I can do better with time. Excited for what’s to come and ready to work for it ✨

Wanted to start off this post thanking everyone for the kind messages and support .. it truly means so much 🥹🩷

I couldn’t have done this without the support of @dylandelorenzofit he was there with me every day pushing and encouraging me. My #1 supporter 🫶

I also wanted to thank my coach @ttoth27 and @yolittlelino ✨💪🏼 they are both absolutely amazing and I couldn’t do this without them!

One of my goals for 2026 was to step outside of my comfort zone and step back on stage

Back in 2018 I competed in my first bikini show and absolutely fell in love with bodybuilding. I knew I wanted to keep competing, but after starting another prep in 2020 the shows I planned to do were cancelled and my focus shifted to growing my fitness and real estate businesses

When the new Fit Model division was announced last year I knew I wanted to give it another shot after all these years. When I started this prep 14 weeks ago I honestly had no idea what the outcome would be. I wasn’t sure if I had the right look or the right amount of muscle

The last 14 weeks have been filled with a lot of hard work and I am so glad I decided to take the leap and come back to bodybuilding ❤️

I hope to be a small inspiration to any woman out there doubting herself. You can truly do anything you set your mind to. If you’re thinking about starting your fitness journey, competing, starting a business or doing anything scary for that matter I am telling you it’s worth it. Big goals should feel scary but I promise the outcome can change your life

Congratulations to all the women in my division. Everyone was absolutely beautiful and talented. It was so awesome being around other women with big goals ⭐️

Walking away with the overall win still doesn’t feel real !! But more than anything I’m proud of myself for stepping outside my comfort zone

And I think this journey is just getting started .. stay tuned for what’s next 😉 taken in Burnaby, British Columbia by @brittanyraeefit

Can’t believe in 8 days I’ll be stepping on stage for the first time in the Fit Model category 👙

I haven’t stepped on stage in almost 9 years, so to say I’m a little nervous is definitely an understatement .. 😅

One of the things I wrote down when I was going over my goals for 2026 was that I wanted to put myself in more uncomfortable situations

I think it’s so easy to stay where you feel safe and keep doing the things you already know you’re good at. But when I look back at the times I’ve grown the most, it’s usually because I did something that scared me a little

Setting a big goal and actually sticking to it changes you

Not because everything goes perfectly, because it definitely doesn’t 😂 There are days you question yourself, days you don’t feel motivated and days you wonder why you even decided to do it in the first place

But there’s something really powerful about proving to yourself that you can keep showing up anyway

One belief I’ve always lived by is that you can truly do anything you want to in this life. Even when you’re told no, even when something doesn’t work out the first time or when the path looks completely different than you thought it would

This prep has also made me a little hesitant to share too much at times because I never want my message to be that being extremely lean or shredded is what “healthy” is supposed to look like

It isn’t

Bodybuilding, like a lot of sports, is extreme. This is a temporary goal and a very specific season of my life and not a look I’m trying to maintain

For me, this has been more about the challenge, the discipline, doing something that scares me and following through on something I said I wanted to do

And I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me through it. My clients, past clients, my coach and even people I’ve never met in real life have shown me the most support through all of this

8 more days!!

Nervous, excited, uncomfortable… and really proud that I said I was going to do this and actually followed through 🫶 taken in Calgary, Alberta by @brittanyraeefit
