Canadian Nationals 🇨🇦

We are still on absolute cloud nine replaying everything we saw on stage this weekend.

A massive congratulations to all of our incredible posing clients. From top-5 placements across the board to a Pro Card in Men’s Physique, there was so much to celebrate. Seeing each of you come to life under those lights left us nothing short of proud.

From solo presentations, to mandatory lineups, to unforgettable overall battles — each of you gave us moments on stage that we won’t soon forget. There is something so special about seeing all of the work that happens behind the scenes finally come to life on stage. For many of you, this was also our first opportunity to watch you compete in person, making it even more meaningful to finally witness those moments firsthand. We left the weekend incredibly proud, a little speechless, and already excited for the next time each of you takes the stage.

Congratulations to each and every one of you. Not just for showing up, but for absolutely standing out. We couldn’t be more proud, and we continue to be honoured to stand in your corners throughout this journey.

Until next time, Canadian Nationals 🇨🇦✨

What a weekend in Toronto.

My daughter @brittanyraeefit competed at the 2026 Canadian National Pro Qualifier this weekend, just one week after earning her spot by winning at another regional competition. She stepped onto a stage with elite athletes from across Canada and placed 4th out of 13 competitors in Women’s Fit Model division. Pretty incredible for her first time competing at this level.

But I think one of my biggest takeaways from the weekend was how much it changed my own perspective on the sport.

As a mom, I’ve had my doubts about bodybuilding. It gets a bad rap, and I think when most of us see the extreme training and preparation that happens before a competition, it’s easy to question whether any of it can actually be healthy.

After watching my daughter’s journey and spending a weekend surrounded by these athletes, I understand it a lot better now.

The discipline it takes to compete at this level is honestly hard to comprehend unless you see it up close. Very few people would ever choose to push themselves this hard, and I think that’s partly why the rest of us don’t always understand it and can be quick to judge it.

What I also learned is that the extreme part we see is a very short window. These athletes aren’t living in competition prep year-round. They have normal lives. They enjoy food, travel, celebrations and all the good stuff too. They’ve just made training, eating well and taking care of themselves a bigger priority than most of us do.

And that might have been the most inspiring part for me.

I watched women my age and older walk across that stage looking strong, healthy and in the best shape of their lives. At 50, I found myself thinking, why not me too? Not the competition part 😂, but being strong, fit and taking really good care of myself as I get older.

I went to Toronto to support my daughter and came home with a whole new appreciation for what she has accomplished and for the sport itself.

4th in Canada. On a national stage. Against some incredible athletes.

So proud of you, @brittanyrae. And very grateful I got to experience this one with you.

Words cannot adequately express how grateful I am that @brittanyraeefit and @dylandelorenzofit came into my life. Their guidance, encouragement and support over the past year has helped me crush all of my goals so far. Between my busiest season at work in the Fall, several infections and anemia through winter, chronic injury and illness in the Spring/Summer... it's been a wild ride.
I cannot wait to tackle the next phase of my training.
Time to lock TF in 🔥

Day One at the Vancity Showdown 🔥

We’re still trying to find the words for such an incredible weekend. Vancity Showdown Day One was truly one for the books — and one we won’t soon forget.

Congratulations to all of our incredible posing clients who lit up the stage, brought their absolute best, and left us so insanely proud of every single one of you. With Overall wins in both Figure and Fit Model, the Best Poser Award, and incredible placements across the board, there was so much to celebrate — but more than anything, it was getting to watch each of you have your moment up there that meant the most.

You left our hearts full, our voices gone, and us overwhelmed with gratitude for the trust you placed in us throughout your journeys leading into this weekend. Each of you poured so much into the preparation for this moment, and standing alongside you with your posing — from our sessions together, to the practice behind the scenes, to those final moments before stepping on stage — was an honour.

Every person brought something completely their own into every session, and getting the chance to see all of that come to life on stage is something we will never forget.

What a day. What a group. What a privilege to have been part of it. ✨🔥

What an amazing weekend in Kelowna with our core homies Nate and Emma ❤️

Fun fact, I’ve been best bros with Nate since we were in kindergarten. I used to pray the teacher picked me to take the attendance down with him cause he was such a little baller (and a fucking menace as well) lol

Fast forward nearly 25 years and we are still just as tight :)

This is why I deem it critical to keep your most prized relationships intact for life

PS: I barely drink, if at all, so the wine tastings absolutely belted me on Saturday 😂
