HOLDFAST Bricks - Shawn McLeod

Did you know I run BRICKSPLOSION?

For the past four years I have organized and facilitated Atlantic Canada's #1 LEGO Fan Event, aka BRICKSPLOSION.

My number one goal for the event has been to elevate the local builders... To put them on a pedestal... So they can show off to a local audience. As, well, people like Zach Steinman may be a huge deal in Germany, but locally, he is just that nice guy that runs a bike shop.

Trevor Pearson-Jones is a father that lives in Dartmouth, but internationally he is the wild and wacky builder Moptoptrev!

Zach and Trevor should be famous locally too, for their artistry! As should all the other amazing builders from the region, and beyond!

Last year, we had builders come from Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, all over Ontario, all over Quebec, and yes, all over the Maritimes! It was awesome. This year we will have a similar selection of builders, showing off their Brick-based Artistry. And yes, Zach and Trevor will be there too, showing off their best.

So, if you're local, please come see the show. Wear a costume and you'll get treats. If you're from away, find a nearby LEGO Fan Event, and see something amazing.

And no, it isn't called BrickExplosion, but everyone calls it that anyway.
