Melody Moko is one of my first inspirations in songwriting. I was just a baby at the @thesongmuster in 2021 when I first heard her play ‘Like Hank Would’. That’s when I truly fell in love with country music and all its sub-genres and what really inspired me to start writing my own songs. I was full of anxiety and self-doubt (still am but can hide it better lol) and @melodymoko really held my hand through that, encouraged me and made me feel like I belonged in a room that i was definitely new to. Not only one of the most skilled songwriters I’ve ever met but also one of the kindest, Mama Aus Country 💕
