As the days grow shorter and nature begins to slow down, October invites us to turn inward, release what no longer serves us, and reconnect with ourselves.

Join me this month for a deeply restorative Sound Healing Journey, where soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and gong create a space for relaxation, reflection and renewal.
