Yay! I take it Thursday night and have a cup of coffee with a shot of espresso to fight off the slight fatigue. I drink tons of water the next day to fight off the mental fog and that has helped

I find if I make sure I have a protein snack every 4hrs or so (including overnight) for the first 24-36hr post injection I can stave off most of the hangover. But I always keep ginger ale and ginger snaps on hand just in case.

I started methotrexate pills in April. Had no side effects really. But then had to up my dosage in September. My second week taking more and oh my god I feel awful today, thought I was coming down with a bad flu or something. If anyone has any advice please let me know. I was diagnosed with RA only last year so it’s all still new to me.
