[d]arc awards

darc awards 2.0 are now open for entries!

The world’s most loved lighting awards are now open for entries and there are some exciting changes you need to know about.

Here’s what’s new for 2026:

💡 All-new project categories
Making the voting process easier and ensuring like-for-like projects are judged against each other.

1️⃣ One project, one category
Projects can now only be entered into one category.

💰 No more high or low budget categories
Great lighting design is great lighting design - whatever the budget.

🗳️ Peer-to-peer voting remains
And, as always, the winners will be chosen by the independent design
community.

A new era. A new approach. The same community-driven spirit.
So, are you ready?
