This week ~ adding more veggies to your eating style.
A little pre-prep goes a long way ~ current status ~ in the car on the way home from my class at university eating my veggies and dip (I’m the passenger)
If you cut them up before and store them in the fridge the odds are you’ll eat them.
Adding vitamins, minerals, antioxidants $ FIBRE to your day.
You’ve got this!

It’s out yall. Watch “WHO DID IT?” SEASON 2 on @tubi

I can’t believe we created two whole seasons in under half a year. Thank you to our cast, our crew, our team, my family, and you guys that made it happen. 🏫 “Hicaba görə məktəbə girişim məhdudlaşdırılıb”

🧕 86 nömrəli məktəbin müəllimi Arzu Əhmədova bildirir ki, oktyabrın 12-si və 13-də məktəb rəhbərliyi onun binaya daxil olmasına icazə verməyib.

🗣️ Müəllimin sözlərinə görə, rəhbərlik baş örtüyünün təhsil işçilərinin geyimi ilə bağlı qaydalardakı dünyəvilik prinsipinə zidd olduğunu şifahi şəkildə bildirib.

📄 Əhmədova deyir ki, həmin gün məktəb rəhbərliyinə ərizə ilə müraciət edərək bu qərarın hüquqi əsasının və məktəbə buraxılmamasının səbəbinin ona yazılı şəkildə təqdim edilməsini istəyib.

⚠️ Onun sözlərinə görə, ərizəsinə indiyədək cavab verilməyib.

❓ Bəs siz hicab qadağasını dəstəkləyirsiniz?

Going to miss!!🥹🖤
