October…where did you come from? I feel like I was just at the Portland Hot Sauce Expo hangin’ with my homies! Well, here we are and we’ve got a mellower month compared to the last 3! You’ll find us at the Bellingham Farmers Market every Sat from 10-2pm. We’ve got Salmon Days this coming weekend down in Issaquah and that goes all weekend 10/3 & 10/4 from 10-6pm. Later this month you can catch us in Bothell for Crow Fest (hosted by Making Local markets) and then we’ve got a trade mission to Oregon on the 20th and 21st! Plus we’ve got our first holiday market in Tacoma this month as well! When we’re not working markets, we’ll be destemming and processing 1000’s of pounds of chilies!!!
