FIRST HYROX IN THE BOOKS! 🏁🔥

Not going to lie... this was MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY CHALLENGING 💀😤 but hands down one of the best fitness experiences l’ve ever had.

Me and my partner stepped into our first
HYROX with no idea exactly what to expect, and we showed up, pushed through every station, and finished STRONG! 💪🏽 🔥

Was it hard? ABSOLUTELY.
Did I want to quit? A FEW TIMES. 😂
Would I do it again? 1000%.

Huge S/O to my coworker @j.edling for encouraging me to sign up. Sometimes you just need somebody to push you outside your comfort zone! 🙌🏽
