HAMI Nepal initiated the needs assessment on the ground, coordinating closely with the Armed Police Force (APF). Meanwhile, the Airlift Technologies team began aerial surveys to identify critical locations, map coordinates, and assess access routes.
Once the locations were verified, the Nepal Army’s drone team joined the operation, enabling coordinated delivery of essential equipment to communities affected by the disaster.
