#Basra

3D-printed plant-based #salmon alternatives have officially launched in U.S. grocery stores. Produced by the Israeli food technology company Steakholder Foods, these items are entering the market under the brand name Perfecta. The rollout is currently focused on retail outlets across the Northeastern United States. Steakholder Foods partnered with KeHE Distributors to place the line on select supermarket shelves. The Perfecta brand features five distinct 3D-printed products: • Salmon Patties • White Fish Patties • Chicken Breast • Filet Mignon • Marbled Steak Despite replicating the appearance and textures of animal proteins, these products are entirely plant-based and contain zero real fish or meat. They are constructed using a plant-based paste composed primarily of soy protein, rice flour, and potato starch.
