I am officially a NASM Certified Personal Trainer
The fitness industry has truly been my saving grace. Fitness gave me strength during moments when I felt weak, discipline when I needed direction, and confidence when I needed to rediscover myself. What started as part of my own healing journey has now grown into a purpose and I’m ready to use everything I’ve learned to help others transform their lives too.
At 44, I’m living proof that it is never too late to bet on yourself, chase a new dream, or step boldly into your next chapter.
