Winter memories from probably my favourite snow trip ever. If ya haven’t been snowboarding at Whistler Blackcomb, then you’re missing out. This place was unbelievable, 2 mountains, over 200 runs, suitable for any skill level. The town is super vibey with so much happening.The ultimate winter destination ❄️

Сначала учимся самостоятельно стабилизировать корпус: укрепляем прямую, поперечную и косые мышцы живота, учимся контролировать положение таза и рёбер под нагрузкой. Я подключаю корсет уже при работе с серьёзными весами — ориентировочно от собственного веса и выше. Здесь он становится дополнительной внешней поддержкой, а не заменой работе мышц. И главное: в корсете нельзя просто расслабить живот. Мышцы-стабилизаторы продолжают работать, а корпус на протяжении всего движения должен оставаться собранным и контролируемым. Корсет даёт дополнительную опору, но стабилизацию мы всё равно создаём своими мышцами. И, конечно, он не должен мешать нормально дышать, вызывать боль, онемение или чрезмерное сдавливание. Сначала сильный кор. Потом корсет как дополнительный инструмент. Не наоборот. @afb__shop
