Cepaka House | Construction Progress
August 2026
August has been all about building the structure that will eventually define Cepaka House. 🏗️
Across the site, reinforced concrete works are progressing, with steel reinforcement cages being prepared and positioned for the columns and structural elements. Timber formwork and temporary supports are carefully set in place before concrete is poured, helping establish the strength and shape of the structure.
The pool area is progressing alongside the main building, with its reinforced structure beginning to define the spaces and levels that will eventually become part of the finished outdoor area.
Behind every finished surface is a stage like this — steel, concrete, timber, and plenty of hands-on work. It may look raw now, but piece by piece, the vision is becoming a real home.
