Villa Tarry | Construction Progress Update August 2026 Before the structure rises, there’s a lot happening below the surface. August at Villa Tarry was focused on the groundwork for the next stage of construction — with foundation excavations progressing, reinforcement steel being fabricated and installed, and formwork taking shape across the site. Concrete works were also underway in prepared sections, creating the base needed for the structural elements to follow. From carefully positioned reinforcement cages to the preparation of each foundation point, every step is setting up the structure for what comes next. Cepaka House | Construction Progress March 2026 March marked an important stage in the construction of Cepaka House, as the focus moved deep into the ground — establishing the foundations that will support the home above. Across the site, the team worked on excavating foundation trenches, preparing and assembling steel reinforcement, positioning reinforced column cages, and constructing timber formwork to shape the concrete foundations. Fresh concrete was mixed on site and transported by wheelbarrow to the prepared footing areas, while the reinforcement was carefully positioned to create the structural framework for the columns. With rows of rebar rising from the newly poured footings and the foundations taking shape across the site, you can begin to see the footprint of the house emerging from the earth. VILLA TARRY | CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS AUGUST 2026 After commencing works at Villa Tarry in mid-August, the site has already moved through several important early construction stages — much of which happens beneath the finished surfaces, but sets the foundation for everything to come. Our team is currently carrying out extensive excavation and foundation preparation, carefully establishing the required levels and trenches for the villa’s structural footprint. Given the existing ground conditions, this involves significant manual excavation and careful preparation before the next structural stages can proceed. At the same time, reinforcement steel and timber formwork are being prepared and assembled on site. These will form and support the structural elements before concrete is introduced, making accuracy at this stage essential. Alongside the foundation works, borewell drilling is also underway. Specialised drilling equipment and a water-circulation system are being used to reach the required depth and establish the property’s groundwater supply — an important part of the villa’s early infrastructure. From preparing the ground and reinforcement to establishing the property’s water supply, the foundations of Villa Tarry are beginning to take shape. It’s only been a couple of weeks since we started on site, but there is already a great deal happening behind the scenes. Cepaka House | Construction Progress April 2026 April marked another important stage in the construction of Cepaka House, as the project progressed from foundation works into the early stages of its structural frame. Our team began with the preparation and installation of reinforcement steel for the foundations and ground beams, carefully positioning the reinforcement according to the structural requirements before formwork was installed. Concrete works then progressed across the site, with footings, ground beams, and structural elements being cast and cured to establish a solid base for the house. Reinforcement for the vertical columns was also prepared and tied into the foundation system, creating continuity between the foundation and the structure above. As the works progressed, column reinforcement, slab reinforcement, and timber formwork began taking shape. These elements are carefully coordinated to establish the building’s structural grid and prepare each section for the next concrete pour.
