At the Vatican, I had the honor of co-hosting Belonging and Social Relations in the Age of Fragility alongside Chancellor Marcelo Suárez-Orozco and the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences, gathering leading minds from around the world to confront the growing crisis of social disconnection and what it means for our children. Our collective future depends on how seriously we prioritize our social health and shared humanity. It will take all of us.
𝓢𝓪𝓻𝓭𝓲𝓷𝓮𝓼 𝓢𝓾𝓷𝓭𝓪𝔂 . 🐟✨️Sardine Squad, where you at? . Forget chicken or pork ~ this is an exciting makeover your tinned sardines has been waiting for. . This one's a Filipino ✨️ADOBO-STYLE SARDINES✨️over garlicky rice with pickled jalapeños. . The rich, savory-tangy umami of the adobo sauce beautifully cuts through the richness of the sardines, while the crunch of pickled jalapeños brings a spicy kick. . It was so good, I wish I had made more. If you want it more saucy, double up the sauce recipe. . . *INGREDIENTS* -------------------------- ✨️2 cans sardines (I used Trader Joe's for the larger sized sardines) ✨️5 garlic cloves, minced (Use half for sardines and fry the other half in neutral oil until golden brown for your garlic rice) ✨️1/2 cup water ✨️1/4 cup apple cider vinegar ✨️1/4 cup shoyu ✨️1 Tbsp brown sugar ✨️1 Bay leaf ✨️Sea salt & black pepper, to tasteTown! ✨️Thai chilies, as garnish if you like it hot . On medium heat, add sardines oil from the can and add sardines. . Add 1/2 of your minced garlic, water, vinegar, shoyu, brown sugar, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Turn down the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes until sauce starts to reduce. Be careful not to handle the sardines too much. . ✨️For your garlic rice:: Add neutral oil to a pan, add in remaining minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown. Add 1 cup cooked Jasmine rice (day old or cooled is best). Toss in the rice and cook until garlic is incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste. . Plate a generous amount of garlic rice in a bowl or plate, add adobo sardines, and drizzle on sauce. Garnish with crispy garlic. Pickled jalapeños optional. . . . 🐟𝓗𝓾𝓰𝓼 & 𝓕𝓲𝓼𝓱𝓮𝓼,🐟 𝓢𝓸𝓷𝓲𝓪 . . . . 🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸 🇫 🇴 🇱 🇱 🇴 🇼 @glitterandchopsticks for more food inspiration and recipes! 🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸🌱🌸 . . . . . . . . . . . . 💖 #sardinesquadsunday #adobosardines #sardinerecipe #tinnedfish #tinnedfishseries

Anzeige/ Who is she? 👀 A woman of many faces… and apparently even more hair colours. But darling, otherwise life would be boring, wouldn’t it? 😂💋 Jokes aside, so incredibly proud of this special cover! Dear @arminmorbach I adore your extraordinary creativity. And honestly, you’re probably the only photographer I’d ever get (kinda) naked for! 😂❤️ Swipe for a little backstage magic and the many shades of Sylvie. ✨
