⚾️Every good hitter learns this eventually: you don’t wait until the season starts to build your swing. Hitting requires timing, strength, sound mechanics and confidence.
That’s what the offseason is for! The offseason gives players something incredibly valuable—time to develop without the pressure of the game.There’s time to work through weaknesses, make adjustments, get stronger, and repeat good mechanics until they begin to feel natural.
There is no quick fix or magic pill for becoming a great hitter. It takes discipline, consistency, and ultimately, the player has to want it.
The things we care about, we spend time on. If becoming a better hitter matters to you, now is the time to put in the work!
