Vintage 2026 has been an accelerated growing season, marked by mild to warm conditions and the earliest harvest ever recorded at our Estate Vineyard.
Despite the pace, conditions remained remarkably favorable throughout the season, resulting in fruit with excellent consistency and ripeness. The wines are already showing bright natural acidity, beautiful aromatics, and a graceful, feminine profile, with exceptional balance and purity that suggest they will reveal their character early while still delivering the depth and quality that define Sea Smoke. - Sandy Matthews, Director of Vineyards
