“When we crossed the finish line we felt so proud!”
Congratulations to @mdubs14 + @juliecovall for crossing the finish line at DC HYROX and shaving off a full 3 mins from their previous Hyrox together.
“Without the LAB DC we would have not been able to perform the way we did… The coaches and the work we put in gave us the confidence to go out and give it our all.”
MUST BOOK, according to @mdubs14 x @juliecovall — lower body and comp training to hone in on race day technique.
