Had the hardest time picking the best pics from this kitchen remodeling shoot for a local designer.
So many incredible images that showcase such huge interior design creativity and talent.

PS: the @zia_tile is simply divine.

As someone who can’t play an instrument to save my life (or sing or even carry a tune), I am simply mesmerized by musicians.
A little editorial photoshoot for a local musician. We shit on a random week day and had the church all to ourselves. A very cool experience.

Celebrating powerful women, beautiful smiles, and the strength we find in one another.

This past Saturday at the @komenracesandwalks MORE THAN PINK Walk, I had the joy of photographing some truly incredible women.

Women who show up, lift each other up, celebrate life, and remind us that strength comes in so many beautiful forms. The smiles, the laughter, the confidence, the connections—every portrait captures something worth celebrating.

These women are powerful. They are radiant. And they deserve to be seen.

HER vol. 3 — a love letter to the women that showed up 💌

Thank you for showing up!! For moving, breathing, journaling, and being honest with yourselves and each other. Each of you brought your energy, your strength, and your softness with you to Autoshop and chose to shared all of it freely with intention. 🧡

Some of you came with friends, sisters and mothers. Some of you came alone. Our hope is that every one of you left with a strong sense of community and belonging. We believe you were here on purpose. 🧡

HER is now and will always be a safe space for women, by women, in support of women. Each of you helped embody that intention and we are forever grateful. 🧡

Some fights are bigger than the ones that happen in the ring.

I had the opportunity to photograph Haymakers for Hope’s Beltway Brawl VII in Washington, DC—a night where first-time boxers stepped into the ring after months of training, not simply to compete, but to raise money and awareness in the fight against cancer.

The energy inside The Anthem was incredible: the nerves before the bell, the intensity in the ring, the people cheering from the crowd, and the moments in between that you might otherwise miss.

Haymakers for Hope has raised more than $35 million for organizations fighting cancer since its founding in 2011. Their events give everyday people the chance to take on an extraordinary challenge while supporting cancer research, care, awareness, and survivorship.

Grateful to have been there with a camera to document a small part of it. 🥊

I always get a little nervous shooting a fellow photographer. But results are always so rewarding.
Thank you @capturedbyblaine for getting me back to “my Nikon roots” and showing me that the camera system and its lenses produce stunning results on their own and without much Lightroom corrections.

PS: it’s also happens to be his birthday, so send him so love!

This woman is an absolute powerhouse. She made every shoot look effortless and stunning.
I also had the pleasure of being her partner during a Hyrox prep class. And let me tell you - she pushed and pulled those heavy sleds so fast it looked like they had pillows instead of weights (it was a bit heavier than men’s pro weight).
Next week she gets to crush her first Hyrox mixed doubles!
@lanaparker15 thank you for the opportunity to get to capture your gorgeous badass side.
