And now for something different for me.
This piece took longer than it should, and I normally do not do jewelry but this was a process of grieving and introspection for myself. The style is typical peyote stitched coil necklace around a soft nylon cord core. The stitch work isn't perfect as I traveled a lot during this time.
I lost both a sibling and a dear friend in the last few months and I am still working through my feelings on it. This piece is a meditation on how I am still working through it all.
