Another day, another fetish.

This one has a car ed bone cat face, silver plated milagros and turquoise in the fringe and plain white doe skin leather back - I was trying out a color scheme.

This one should be arriving at its new home just about now.
Single-stitch peyote beaded rope. This can be used as a necklace or hat band.

A necklace made during the last month on the road. The end caps and clasp are sterling silver, the necklace itself is a peyote stitched cord with size 11° glass seed beads.

Five views of the latest - one pic per finger.

This is more of a love letter to a time in my life. I am not Native American but lived among them for many years and appreciate all they have taught me.

Small fetish on a forked deer antler.
This one is packed (literally) with Dragon's Blood, Frankensense, Myrh, and moonstone chips.

And now for something different for me.
This piece took longer than it should, and I normally do not do jewelry but this was a process of grieving and introspection for myself. The style is typical peyote stitched coil necklace around a soft nylon cord core. The stitch work isn't perfect as I traveled a lot during this time.
I lost both a sibling and a dear friend in the last few months and I am still working through my feelings on it. This piece is a meditation on how I am still working through it all.

Another part of a larger piece completed!
Trust me when I say I have a vision...

This is merely one component of a larger piece.
There's something satisfying in seeing a part of my vision come together.
