WE ARE NEVER SEEING ANGEL REESE HOLD A CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY AT THIS RATE. After everything came down to Game 7, Reese struggled when her team needed her the most. With a championship on the line, this was the moment to step up, but she failed to deliver.

For someone who gets so much attention and is constantly involved in conversations about the biggest stars in women’s basketball, performances like this are going to bring serious criticism. Game 7 is where legacies are built, and Reese picked the worst possible time to have a bad game.

Now the championship dreams are over, and the internet is absolutely cooking her. Fans are questioning whether she can ever be the player who leads a team to a title. There’s still plenty of basketball ahead of her, but this loss is going to be a tough one to forget.
