90g beef sirloin cut into strips
70ml beef marinade (available at your local asian grocery store)
sweet potato noodles 60g (available at your local grocery store)
2 tsp vegetable oil
50g carrots sliced
50g onions sliced
salt sprinkled
50g shiitake mushroom sliced
50g shimiji mushrooms sliced
50g Red capsicum sliced
50g Spring onions sliced
50g Baby spinach

Garnish
toasted sesame seeds
sesame oil
