A little honestly goes a long way. I’ve never kept what I’ve “ done” as secret and will and have shared with anyone that’s asked openly. I simply wanted to put it out there on @substack what I’ve chosen to do to help me feel good and why. As someone who’s living with 3 chronic illnesses ( PMOS, endometriosis, and HEDS) and had been on a wellness journey for 20+ years this is what’s working for me and why. And no it’s not a “ quick fix” or a “ bandaid” nor is it as simple as “ looking a certain way”. It’s about feeling better. Literally. Better quality of life for me.
