Last month on April 1st, we celebrated being together for 29 years! People say that you’ll get less than that for murder! Today, in our 30th year together, we celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary! What an achievement and honour it’s been these nearly 3 decades to walk by your side through thick and thin. Anthony, you are my husband and my best friend and you are my life. Remembering Charlie 30 years on. A lifetime ago. Time heals much but the ache and void remains. You grabbed the tail of the Perseid Meteor Showers and left in a blaze of glory. Never not the life of the party. Gone way too soon... Up, up he went, toward a higher place. Today Charlie you are remembered and honoured by all of those who knew you and those who know of you, because the legacy you left means that we will continue to keep your memory bright and alive. You live on in me and therefore in all those others, in my heart, my soul, my mind and my very being. And always will. We miss your smile and your happy go lucky attitude to the very end. Rest in peace until we meet again. You are all around all of us who love and miss you. Hear the angels sing!
