The last sunset of this summer in Okinawa. π
The sky slowly faded β first wrapped in soft golden light, then washed in honey, amber, and the shade of sun-warmed coral. With every passing minute, the light grew deeper, more intense, until the sun left behind one final streak of fire on the horizon.
I stood there watching, letting the moment simply linger.
Warmth on my skin. The sound of the ocean. The last light of summer.
Some places we leave behind with a suitcase.
