There’s a brand new restaurant at @larimersquare and it’s something I’ve never seen before, and definitely not in Denver. 🍽️ 🎉

Brought to you by @cheffrankbonanno and @bocodenver comes @romyo_denver , a Japanese and Italian fusion restaurant that’s officially opening to the public TODAY (Friday, Sept. 11th)! 🥳

The space inside is so fun, inventive and inviting, with booths reimagined as train cars that truly whisk you away whether you’re on board from Rome to Tokyo (hence the name) or vice versa. 🚂

The menu is pretty massive with options for sushi, dumplings, pasta, ramen, and so much more in between. We only got to try a tiny portion of it and definitely heard I need to go back for a few standouts like THE DIP and WAGYU BOLOGNESE. Below are the faves from what we tried 👇🏽

🥚 CHAWANMUSHI Wild Mushrooms, 138 Degree Egg & Parmesan Mousse - incredible. A MUST for me.
🥒 CUCUMBER SALAD Spicy Mirin Dressing & Garden Mint
🥩 FILET MIGNON SKEWERS Snake River Farms Glazed with Johnny’s Teriyaki Sauce
🍣 HAMACHI SASHIMI Leche de Tigre & Salmoriglio
🦞 LOBSTER & MASCARPONE RAVIOLI Bonito Yuzu Beurre Blanc
✨ MATCHA TIRAMISU didnt taste much matcha here, but it was yummy
