Happy Flashback Friday! 🎉

⏮️ Rewind to August 27: our incoming first-year scholars took on the annual ADHC First-Year Retreat, exploring Newark on foot in 18 groups led by their retreat counselors. It’s a tradition that’s long helped scholars feel at home in their new city, and this year’s group made it extra memorable: our biggest class yet, and our most international one.

The rain didn’t stop anyone. If anything, it made for better stories. Scholars took in the sights, struck up conversations, and got to know the city a little better with every stop.
