Ladies, you are a postpartum woman for LIFE!!

Whether you’re newly postpartum or had your baby 40+ years ago…

Your abdominal muscles stretched immensely. The connective tissue between them stretched and thinned. Your rib cage expanded, your posture adapted, and your pelvic floor supported the increasing weight of your growing baby.

And for those who gave birth vaginally, portions of your pelvic floor muscles stretched ~ 2.5 TIMES their normal resting length during birth! 🤯

This is WILD. What your body accomplished is truly a miracle! 🥹

And ladies, these are HUGE physical changes and most of you are jumping back into your pre-babies routine like none of these miraculous adaptations occurred… THIS is where a lot of women run into trouble.

Your training needs to ACCOUNT for these changes. That means paying attention to your breathing, rib cage mobility, pelvic floor coordination and how your core unit manages pressure as you begin lifting some bada$$ weight.

It is NEVER ever too late to start training with INTENTION and giving your body the exercises it needs to get strong and functional AF 💪🏼

You are the brightest light in a city of endless opportunities. I truly believe the world is ours when I am with you. There is nothing we cannot do when we are together.

You are so easy to love.
