2 months agoThe world needs this YESSSSS ❤️🔥 LOVE !! And will absolutely need to visit to listen to these in person and gain the knowledge 🙋🏽♀️ Is there room for discuss on all ages? Emotions!!! I’d love a hear the incredible impact around helping children Recognise their emotions and then knowing Healthy ways to regulate - from all my child studies…. We learnt most behaviours in school start right back at the root of emotion and if children are equiped (and parents 👀 equiped to help regulate) the children’s ability to learn and absorb information is a lot higher, and there are less behaviours ect 🙏🏽🙌🏽 Ooooo definitely any parent support conversation - helping parents remember how overly capable they are to educate their children 💫 Ooooo maybe the perspective around what to look for in choosing teachers from your children ??!! Not just strangers but people who share their gifts and have a relationship/ open container with parent/ teacher/ child 🫠❤️🔥 Hehe oh my how exciting - so proud of this and my love behind you all 🌞💖
2 months agoOMG I was just thinking how I WISH I LEARNED about boundaries in a more empowering / direct way. Like “how to create your own personal peace policy” where you very directly learn what violence is and how it can feel and then set up like a …. Bill of rights for urself that’s all about actions you accept and don’t tolerate …. So that you can stay peaceful and safe. Also I wish we were taught how to make exercise fun. And that it’s okay to be playful and curious. I transitioned to public from Waldorf when I was 12 and it was so traumatic …… I could talk about it forever. I love this idea and cannot wait to listen.
2 months agoMore practicality! For me it was so mental and I wish I’ve learn how to take my ideas from the mind into a creation

2 months agoI love this question! 🤓 Something I wish I learned in school, by a long shot: breathing 😮💨 I played organized sports in NY from third grade through professional. Not one coach in twenty-two years ever mentioned it. I learned at forty, in a breathwork session in Costa Rica. I had a tool for regulating myself the entire time and nobody told me. It takes about four minutes to teach a kid. We teach language to talk to others. The breath is the language to talk to yourself 🙌

2 months ago@bridge.learns This is soooooo exciting and I am so inspired. 🥹🌈💓🌉 hmmmmm. I really really love the comment about relational learning, building / sustaining relationships / coupling and uncoupling 🤤 I second that and it would’ve felt so supportive to learn and know earlier on, that not everyone who comes into your life is meant to be there in the same capacity forever. That love can take so many different forms and expressions, evolving into different iterations of itself. Like learning relationship to the one permanent thing in life which is impermanence. How to really honor ALL of it, learning more of the spiral flow of the true nature of reality. Also, would be really really amazing to learn how to relate to the more “dense” emotions from a young age. Especially grief and anger. I feel like there is so much more I could say but I’ll leave this for now hehehe love you so so much
