POSTS STORIES REELS

One the eve of my birthday my heart is swollen with tender tears of awe of the majesty of this life

Found in many forms
Many colors
And walks of all kind

I pray that my life can continue being a genuine offering in support remembering our innate unity and beauty.

One that profoundly leaves this place better than I found it.
One that continues allowing itself to be humbled, to sit deeper in the depths of humility to serve something greater than her.

My heart beats for the empowerment and support, of the children for they carry the seeds of our brilliant future.

And yet the children don’t do as we say.
They do as we do.

in this season now, I know there is a real opportunity of liberating the hearts of those who are stewarding and guiding the next generation into its flowering.

Our liberated love
Creative expression
Purpose for service
Relationship with the Earth & Natural world
Is essential, for the health of our future & way showers of future generations.

So let us come home to the majesty of our undefended hearts and let life make medicine of us. For the benefit of all beings everywhere.

This is my prayer
My heart
My everything.

♥️

These photos and videos are from last 11 week devotional journey I guided & co-lead with a team of phenomenal women. The journey was called Inbodied Union, coming home to the innate unity with everyone and everything from the seat od the heart. Receiving from the magical lands of Peru, and also in service to a community living up in the mountains of Pisac. Bringing a generous flourish of goodies for all the kiddos.

This moment opened my eyes to what I’m truly here for.
The braiding , uniting of cultures by way of unconditional love and service.

🧬

If this calls to you, I am hosting a free online gathering on Oct 29th called MUCHNESS, where we get to explore breaking the spell of being too much, or too little and coming home to the natural organic expression of our truth.

A common thread I often find in circles of women is the spell that has left women believing they’re too much.

Too emotional
Too sensitive
Too passionate
Too loud
Too big
Too crazy

I personally, have quite an intimate relationship with the belief of being too much and where / how it lives in the body. Like constantly running into a phantom electric fense that says STOP DO NOT GO BEYOND THIS POINT. ✋🏽

And swallowing whatever expression that was organically rising.

Which is detrimental to our vitality , our aliveness as women, as creatrix, as humans.

Tis the season of lifting veils, divine intervention, and liberating the freak flags.

Our Eros
Our creativity
Our aliveness

Live in our MUCHNESS

🌀

I’m gathering up the brilliant silly little freaks hungry to expand where they’ve once contracted

To f around and find out who lives beyond the identities built that keep her just the right size to not ruffle the feathers

The women ready to meet on the dance floor of aliveness and muchness ❤️‍🔥🫦🌈🌹

Let’s just start by saying, there are no words that could properly articulate this living prayer.

Yet, I am willing to fail trying. 🤍

We have journeyed through Inbodied Birth, Inbodied Remembering, Inbodied Revelation and for our fourth year we are journeying through the frequency of Inbodied Union.

Union asks all of you. Because that’s what Union is, your WHOLE self illuminated, accepted, loved and directly experienced. The limited perspective that your whole self ends at the end of your own body….. dissolves.

Our human eyes lids are invited to close so our true eyes of heart can open, and we remember that there is no beginning nor end to who and what we truly are.

14 women for 11 weeks, walking a path of devotion in sisterhood together.

Devotion to what?
Union. True nature. The heart of our very being.

Invited to love the parts of ourselves and another 🪞 that are asking for and needing our love + acceptance.

Called and invited by the Sacred and Ancient lands of Peru. We bow to you, and all you have awoken in each of us. Añay 🙏🏽🇵🇪

A journey woven in love, integrity, reciprocity, reverence and absolute awe, wonder. And deep deep deep devotion.

With the intention at the center of our collective heart to leave every person, every place and every moment better than we found it. So fully receiving from these lands, people and culture, and also giving back and in service to.

Every woman a living prayer, together co-creating a more coherent world by way of our practice, our presence, our attention.

For the benefit of all beings everywhere.

May we remember we are all one family here——
The trees, the roots, the waters, the mountains, the animals, the people. One living ecosystem.

May heaven become ever more earthed;
In and through each of us—-

This is IN-bodied UNION,
Heaven on earth, baby.

Jai Ma! 🪷🤍

Pt. 2 of how I learned (and continue integrating wisdo from) a $40,000+ (and also priceless) lesson 🎙️

If you haven’t watched part one yet, pause, and head to the video right before this one on my grid, then come back.

I was faced with a choice point:

1. Push through, continue walking this path even thought my body is screaming no & my capacity said otherwise… to prove to the team, friends, myself that I could…

Push through because so many people were involved and I didn’t want to let them down

because in the end I didn’t want to waste their time

Because the weight of $40,000 was to much for me to say no to

Because I’ve already come this far!

Ugh, just typing this I can feel my lower back contract… and all the places in my body where I have over rode her cues, her asks her intelligence, to upkeep some identity to continue being seen a certain way…..

Or 2. Collapse it all (for now)

Have the hard and honest conversations with the team on where im honestly at and where I honestly said yes from in the first place

Reach out to the production team and ask what might be possible within our contract while still honoring them and my honest truth about where I was at

Truly feel the weight of pushing through and the weight of the $40+ gs, and the weight of my truth simeltaneously and what my body naturally oriented towards

I chose the weight of my truth
Which gave way to a new imprint of trust within myself to choose what is actually self honoring , as our path and capacity grows with more ideas, art and opportunities

Often times our truth is hella inconvenient to a life / world built to appease everyone else — it destroys it only to birth something more honest and natural.

thank goodness. 🐦‍🔥

Pt. 3 coming tomorrow. by @simoneinbodied

I invested upwards of 40g’s into a podcast studio + production and after recording two episodes I collapsed the entire operation…….

One of the MANY expensive price tags I’ve paid for allowing external perspectives & circumstances to guide my choices + path

This is video 1/4 of this series sharing the hard earned wisdom of this choice, and all it illuminated in me.

It was a complete shift in the trajectory of my life.

If you can relate or resonate, please let me know in the comments.

& stick around returning to our true rhythms & voice of Truth within is what this page is all about. 🤍 by @simoneinbodied

I believe that every circumstance happening far and wide across the planet — both victory and tragedy in some way, is our divinity creating the post fertile environment for us to come home to the artist within to begin (and continue) creating with what truly matters at the heart and helm.

What we are is creators
Everything we are witnessing and feeling across the globe is a product of either conscious or unconscious creation

In this line of thought am no way undermining the vast spectrum of life circumstances happening simultaneously right now.

In fact the opposite, because the more I allow myself to honor the spicy rim of my own suffering which innately builds capacity in me to genuinely sit and honor another’s + inner ache to be in service to support the illumination of suffering , the more the worlds of exuberant joy open within me

As I allow myself to sit consciously sit at the edge and in the contrast of pain and pleasure, liberation and suffering, the inner artist in me is more authentically awoken. Oh to be human.

My inner God self that knows the only way to a more harmonious world is allowing ourselves to feel what is is for us to feel so fully it makes ART of us that becomes a North Star for the planet as a whole

I believe this is what we are in the inevitability of.
The conscious creator within each of us fully opening his and her eyes and divinely colliding right now at half court with a secret handshake and wink—— like, tonight………we ball. 🏀

God’s orders.

The kind of artistry that slap ya silly
And instills an undeniable sense of hope and empowerment to step out from behind the curtains,
And mf BALLLLLLLLL

The way of the undefended heART ♥️

Gather up
Gather round
These legacy’s aren’t gonna birth themselves

👁️

Stay tuned for an offering birthing from exactly this spot, a circle on service to the living artistry & legacy’s within, ready to be birthed into the world. by @simoneinbodied

Last weekend I celebrated my 34th birthday.
Everytime I share my age out loud it gets weirder and weirder.

And not from a typical “oh I’m getting older” fright. The complete opposite. As my practice of turning my eyes and attention inward deepens, the more I taste the eternal being that I am (we all are), the less association and grip human age has.

When I share 34, I’m like oh my god, what fine character development in this divine play. 😂 34 here, 1 million and 4 elsewhere.

I used to believe that growing human age older meant progressively getting more and more serious, boring, adultish. As this is what has been modeled by majority.

And what I know to be true with my whole heart now, is the more I “age” the more I mature, the more childlike I become. This is the mark of true maturation I believe.

The laying down of the walls
The feeling of feelings
The facing and loving what was once feared
The honoring of pain
The courage to come out and play again
The accepting and honoring of all the stories that once kept me so safe

What I’m tasting heading into my 34th year is the most raw version of myself who’s lifeblood is intimacy.

True intimacy of being seen, heard, and loved without mask, guardrails, or performance

The intimacy that only honesty and an undefended heart can truly experience

I’m currently in a cocoon of my insides becoming more of@my outsides.

I’ve never felt so vulnerable.
And simeltaneously so empowered and free.

Long live the undefended heart.
What a gift it is to be alive.

Today is the day!
The sun is shining!
The thank is clean!

((Name that movie))

Danced my way out of bed this morning knowing this evening I get to circle up with some epic women who are just boot scootin’ fed up with limiting their muchness.

Got the plague of being too much has been seeping into the hearts and bodies of women for long enough……… time to reclaim what has always been ours, in its vital uniqueness

Our aliveness
Our creativity
The funky weird lovely ways the shakti moves through us

Imagine a world of women stabilized in truth, in love, in the nectar of liberation

Grab your sisters & head to the dance floor.
Tonight is the night.

MUCHNESS, breaking the spell of being too much.

What you are cannot be understood with the mind alone. 🧠

In fact, in all the thoughts the mind could feather up in attempt to understand what you are/ who you are…. You are not just the thinker, and you are not just those thoughts…..

you are the one witnessing the thought
what you are is what is witnessing the someone thinking. 💭

Whoever you THINK you are, will always be limited in comparison to what you actually are because what you are is beyond thought.

And yet we go about our marry way, marrying identities, personas, characters we’ve built of ourselves to stay within the parameters of.

Have you ever complimented someone’s shirt, because it was so spectacular and then say… that is so you! I could NEVER wear that! (Or something like this) ?

That’s the identity talking, a temporary character you’ve been playing and forgot you were playing a character. And that shirt (or whatever it is) doesn’t quite fit the character description and personality you’ve meticulously built and upkept…………..even though it lit you up like a Christmas tree seeing it……you then conformed to “I could never”.

Muchness is an exploration of edges
An evening where the spirit of curiosity gets to take the lead, as we venture into the stories, beliefs and identities we have long unkept that says we must stay the same to remain safe.

We musnt be too much!
And to be that! I could never be enough!!

Oh the drama!!!! 🎭

You’re not who you think you are babe.
Hear them bells?
They’re singing freedom.

Come play!
Tomorrow 4-6pm pst
MUCHNESS! It’s free!

Welcoming to the stage 🎭
THE WANTER pt. 1

From the warmth of the womb, swimming in unity consciousness, all our basic needed being met the moment we need anything,

to then exiting the womb, now we’re experiencing being seperate from everyone and everything, on our own to survive! We’re thirsty! We’re cold! We’re hungry! It’s bright in here! It’s loud!

BOOM, the wanter is born.

In support of all of our basic needs being met. In support of our survival. In service to us at all costs.

Also previously known as mind, and ego- something I grew up learning I needed to kill off. That was the bad guy, and the root of all my suffering / problems.

Then I learned about this aspect of consciousness through the lens of the Wanter, and everything changed for me and I continued practicing being in relationship with this part of me vs being at war with it.

In this video is an introduction to some of the WANTER juice we will be exploring on this page.

On October 29th I am hosting a FREE virtual exploration of how our Wanter has kept us safe from being TOO MUCH, and / or has felt absolutely NOT ENOUGH.

Safe is cute, but it also keeps us safe from living our most magical, ALIVE, liberated life.

I was walking through an art gallery with 60 million dollar pieces of art, standing before blocks of color…. And the transmission I received was if the man who painted this voice came through the painting and said

“There are no rules to art. No one can value you art for you. It lives within your conviction in it and with it.”

I spent the rest of the time in the gallery giggling at all the peices in there. Singing THERE AINT NO RULES to this thang.

How liberating.

What I do know is forever artists pendulums have swung. In the belief of their art, in flow, exploding in creativity, to stuck, artless, and in anguish.

The pendulum that swings from IM TOO MUCH, all the way to IM NOT ENOUGH.

My heart beats for the honest conversation of that. And supporting creative beings , artists of all different mediums (all of us) to live more stabilized in true nature, in liberated creativity, as we rest in our natural rhythms as creative beings.

In 3 days I am hosting a FREE online exploration called MUCHNESS, breaking the spell of being too much.

Where I’ll be inviting us to come into a fresh relationship with the different aspects of our consciousness that support and sometimes block our creative flow.
