🚨🏰 FROM $18 MILLION TO JUST $6.1 MILLION! GTA MEGA-MANSION FINALLY SELLS! 🤯📉 One of the most jaw-dropping luxury real estate sales we’ve seen in the GTA! 📍 12068 McCowan Road, Whitchurch-Stouffville This enormous mansion was previously listed for an unbelievable $17,995,000 in 2025, but that listing was terminated. Fast-forward to October 2026, and the property has finally SOLD! 💰 2025 Asking Price: $17,995,000 💰 Recent Asking Price: $7,995,000 🔥 FINAL SOLD PRICE: $6,178,600 📉 That’s a staggering $11,816,400 BELOW its former asking price — nearly 66% LESS! 🏰 8 Bedrooms 🛁 10 Bathrooms 🚘 6-Car Garage To put that into perspective, the original asking price was almost THREE TIMES what the property ultimately sold for! Now, this isn’t necessarily an $11.8 million loss for the owner, but it certainly shows how dramatically pricing expectations can change in the luxury real estate market. 💬 Did someone just score the deal of a lifetime, or was this mansion simply overpriced from the beginning? 👇 DROP YOUR THOUGHTS BELOW! #TorontoRealEstate #GTARealEstate #Stouffville #LuxuryRealEstate #Mansion OntarioRealEstate HousingMarket RealEstateNews LuxuryHomes
It’s giving Cotswold Co but it was free! This hack has saved us thousands from transforming our beams, doors, furniture and even our porch! I’ll always be a huge @frenchicpaint fan! So happy with this mirror transformation! I was kindly given this mirror by a friend who knew exactly what I would want to do with it! Comment FRENCHIC below and I’ll send you the links direct but the products used are - The Lazy Range - creme de la creme & Browning Wax I gave the mirror just 1 thin coat of the lazy range so the wood grain is still visible, once fully dry I added one coat of wax, I layer this thick and then brush out in the direction of the wood grain. I left to dry overnight before adding one more coat as I wanted it slightly darker! Finally I wipe off any excess with furniture polish! Let me know if you prefer the before or after below 👇🏽 With Love, Chanel x #frenchic diy | Frenchic hack | cottage decor | pine upcycle | hacks for the home | money saving diy | beam restoration | English cottage style
