This sweet little spot where I hung my hat for the last 12 years is for sale, and the first open house is TODAY! These floors and walls held me through countless ups and downs, life lessons, celebrations, heartbreaks, and changes I never could have imagined when I first walked through the door. I’m grateful to the best neighbors ever, and for this creative bastion of a neighborhood that flourished and inspired more and more each passing year. Most of all, a huge thank you to @kaitrinsimkin, realtor extraordinaire. Please direct anyone you know looking for a quiet 3+2 in NELA her way via @jennacooperla. Dear 1803 Rice St., I hope your next people love you as much as I/we did!
