Ok'd the test pressing on this pretty blue vinyl (the proper ones will be black sorry!) I've checked test pressings for other people and for my mastering work before, but never for my own vinyl on a proper press and 150 copies - so nerve wracking! Cool to hear the setup in quality, as much as I love a bit of DIY

Cool! How pressed it?

My choice may not be for everyone and that’s what’s great about the world, we get to have different opinions. I had this done before chemo as a preventative and I chose to do it again now because my panels were good like the Dr wanted. If you haven’t tried this creamy, spicy, low-carb ramen yet, THIS IS YOUR SIGN!! 🤤

Ingredients:

1 tbsp avocado oil
½ white onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups @kettleandfire chicken bone broth
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cups bok choy, chopped
2 servings low-carb ramen noodles
2 eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1–2 tbsp sriracha
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Toppings:
Sliced green onions
Cooked pork belly
Chili oil

Directions:

1️⃣ Heat avocado oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

2️⃣ Add chicken bone broth, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes.

3️⃣ Add bok choy and low-carb ramen noodles. Cook according to the package directions.

4️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and a ladle of hot broth until smooth and creamy.

5️⃣ Slowly stir the creamy mixture into the soup. Add the eggs and cook until they reach your preferred doneness.

6️⃣ Pour into bowls and top with green onions, pork belly, and a drizzle of chili oil. 🍜🔥

7️⃣ Grab your chopsticks and ENJOY!

I’m using @kettleandfire chicken bone broth! ❤️ Use code LOWCARBLOVE for a discount.
