HU Staff: Kecia Gayle @kecia.kae #Socialites, come get into this. We hear crazy HOA stories all the time, but this time the drama landed on Eva Marcille’s front porch. According to TMZ, the former model and “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star is being sued by her homeowners association, and she has no plans to fold. Her team says she’s ready to fight back. ___________________________________________________ Per the outlet, the association is seeking over $22,000 in past assessments and fines over alleged violations of the neighborhood’s maintenance standards. In the filing, the complaint points to untreated weeds, an unmowed lawn, inoperable or improperly registered vehicles, and trash cans left in public view. The HOA claims she had plenty of chances to get into compliance and didn’t, and it wants a judge to order her to clean it all up. ___________________________________________________ Of course, Eva who’s very vocal, isn’t sitting quietly about this. We reached out to her for a statement and she already had one prepared by her attorney, Michael T. Sterling of Sterling 925. Leaving zero room for any confusion, Sterling says, “Let me be absolutely clear: Eva Marcille Sterling is NOT going to lose her home over weeds in her lawn or a vehicle parked outside her residence. Period.” ___________________________________________________ Click the link in bio for full story 📸 Getty Images /
