IPA haters, look away—or better yet, refine your palate. 🍻🚀
We cracked open Q-PHL 51 from Philadelphia’s own Space Cadet Brewing Co., a 6.4% West Coast IPA packed with Centennial, Cascade, and Chinook hops. Small batch, killer can art, and just the right amount of bitter citrus punch. Safe to say we’re pretty hoppy with the decision.

After using the same studio monitors since high school, my new friend (and fellow furry freak) Desmond @tikitubeamps thought it might be a good idea to upgrade my set up! While checking out some of his custom designs, I had an idea to invite one of my favorite artists of all time - @_cryptik_ to collaborate with us to see if we couldn't take this project a little further!

The end result might be the most beautiful and best sounding speakers I could have ever imagined! ✨

I am honored to have these bespoke units nestled in between my treasures, making my LIVE from my Living Room sets even more magical! And after 20 years, the old speakers (who shall not be named) have officially been retired, but not forgotten! 🔊

How to perfectly candy nuts!

This is a technique I learned that makes some of the most addicting and delicious candied nuts you will ever have, especially if you season them with spices, salt, really whatever you like. Letting the simple syrup reduce allows all of the sugar to coat all the nooks and crannies of the nut and when they are fried it creates the most incredible crunch. I seasoned with a mix of different spices with salt and you genuinely can’t stop yourself from eating too many.

Despite frying often being seen as something tedious and difficult, I think it is made genuinely so much easier when you have the right tools, especially with @lecreuset The faster and more consistently you can fry the better the result, but also the quicker you can finish and cast iron is the way to go. Working in professional kitchens we always used cast iron pots and Le Creuset was a staple because they were so durable and could stand up to us using them every single day.
