Hello fancy people! New colours in the Cotton Cable Dress socks are launching this Thursday September 17th!

I collaborated with photographer @lindsayinmotion for FW26, with so many socks and over 40 looks. For a change of pace, I styled the sock collection using clothes and shoes I either rented from @libertywardrobehouse or owned, borrowed, or thrifted specifically. A few summer evenings in July were well spent visiting VVs with a purse full of socks and an open mind.

There is a hardcore habit in styling to buy and return fast fashion for photoshoots like this. It’s the norm. Doing it my way was more complicated and expensive tbh, but far more creative and grounded in my slow fashion mindset. I got to focus on colour, textures, and natural fibres- rather than feeling uneasy about participating in a system I don’t want anything to do with.

I hope OKAYOK fans appreciate this new direction! I’m not saying you have to match your clothes to your socks in extreme attention to detail but also, why not.
