Lets put the showroom back together again after a busy weekend market! Taking it easy today to catch up on some rest and admin & back to making + orders tomorrow! TY so much to everyone who came by @thescatteredseeds this weekend & said hello, purchased or ordered a piece to add to your wardrobe! If you just discovered us this weekend, WELCOME! 🫶 I loved chatting to you all about the fabrics I choose, the thought behind the design and of course about the craftsmanship & heart behind my business and brand. TY also to the team at Scattered Seeds. There is an incredible amount of work that goes on behind the scenes of these events & it very much appreciated. 👏 Next up we have #CRAFTED coming up at the Winnipeg ArtGallery 》 @wag_ca @shopwag (Nov6-8) followed by @circlecraftmarket in Vancouver (Nov 11-15) and a few more events after that. Wish me luck with all the prep! X M #fashiondesigner #simonesrose #slowfashion by @simonesrose
Meet Sweet Jane - our new shirt dress with a few touches of whimsy & a whole lot of comfort. Shown here in Green Flora - a Japanese 100% cotton light weight corduroy. She'll be making her debut at @thescatteredseeds this weekend! For reference on sizing, our mannequin is a size 18/20 (1X). I have a feeling this cut ✂️ will be a winner in terms of style, fit and comfort so you can expect to see her in different fabric options in the future! What fabrics or colours would you like to see her in!? 🤔 **If you have our Charlotte dress - Sweet Jane is the same cut with added ease through the waist, longer sleeve and shorter length. 💕 X M #fashiondesigner #simonesrose #madeforyou by @simonesrose
🫶 Hello from the studio 👋 Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate! I love to reflect on how grateful I am at this time of year. I get to do what I love ❤️ (even if it is 12 hours a day 😄) & that's because of all the support I receive from those who love and appreciate my work. THANK YOU! Behind the scenes, we are getting back into the groove of things & in heavy production / market season prep mode. Swipe to view our market schedule where you can come and shop, visit & check out or try on some of our goods. A heads up that November is an especially busy month so appointments and open studio hours will be very limited. Having said that - come and check out the fabulous markets we'll be showing at! We'd love to see you! If you're looking for me, I'll likely be at the sewing machine or cutting table. 😉 X Michelle #fashiondesigner #simonesrose #madeforyou by @simonesrose
