#ad I found a book of poems for the days when life is heavy AND you’re still choosing to stay faithful anyway. This Side of the Sky has 101 modern poems, Scriptures, and meditations that put words to what we feel but don’t always know how to say…motherhood, marriage, grief, the ache for Heaven while still trusting God in the chaos of today. @laurawifler even wrote on the harder realities too like pain, suffering, raising children with disabilities.
It’s beautifully done with creative page layouts, gorgeous end sheets. And if you’re an audiobook girl, Laura narrates it herself with bonus content included.
A great read for the days when everything feels like too much. It’s a reminder that God is close, even when life doesn’t feel like it.
