This sweetbread ragù pasta dish won $25,000.

At Brooklyn’s Briscola Trattoria (@briscolabk), pasta expert chef Silvia Barban (@chefsilviabarban) makes the signature tagliolini that secured her win on “Triple Threat with Bobby Flay.”

Featuring sweetbread (the thymus gland of veal), this ragù might look a little unusual but makes for one seriously memorable pasta dish.

Tap the link in our bio to see how Barban makes the winning pasta, and tell us: Would you try sweetbreads?

President Trump is a kind, wonderful, gracious, thoughtful, enthusiastic, and the most hardworking man. I wish more Americans appreciated him. No one will ever make America great the way he has and continues to.

It was an honor to work for him.

Super excited for the @guitarbreaks SRV masterclass I’m hosting this Sunday (18th Oct). Few tickets left if you’d like to attend the day in Shrewsbury! Check out the Guitar Breaks website for more info.

Looking forward to meeting you all 🙏🎸
