Weeknight Veggie Lasagna

Kath has taught me many important things in life and one of the most important things has been to always have a lasagna ready in the freezer for a night when you don’t feel like cooking or you have unexpected company! This lasagna recipe is the perfect thing to make tonight, one pan for now that will get you through the start of the week and one to put in the freezer for later. Who knows, maybe I’ll surprise you and show up at your door with a hankering for lasagna - don’t worry I’ll bring the wine.

came for a wedding, stayed for all the delicious bites.

it’s not a true scally family adventure without eating our way through it & san fran did not disappoint!

ramen, kbbq, oysters, steak, pasta, SHRIMP, we had a little bit of everything and then some! thanks for all the incredible places that fed us, well be back!

A pizza state of mind.

C & J wanted a backyard wedding without the backyard responsibility so we helped them throw their big day at the perfect neighborhood spot right around the corner from the house where she grew up.

No seating chart. No stuffy anything. Just the best bites, a shimmery dance floor, and everyone they love packed into one pizza joint.

And because these two live for good design, the whole night got the designer’s eye treatment: surprise vows as headlining show, otis’ overlove everywhere, and merch you’ll wear time after time.

Always fun. Always them.

Every wedding we’re a part of is special, but it means just a little something different when it’s for the person you’ve known since they were brought home by mom & dad.

Congratulations B&S, planning your big day and getting to be a part of your lives is the honor of the lifetime. Cheers to many years of love & happiness. 🥂

And yes, I’m still crying happy tears!

pasta experiment no. 8345-b

influenced by a tiktok trend and a new @traderjoes product plus a surplus of veggies from the garden meant another pasta experiment last night!
